A warm, welcoming, conversational group for women navigating the many physical, emotional, relational, and identity changes that can come with perimenopause and menopause.
2nd Thursday of each month, 4:00–6:00 PM
TCP — Therapist Cooperative Practice, Duluth
Missy Nervick, LPCC & Carol Johnson, LMFT
And just to be clear — this is not a lecture series. Our hope is to create a space where women can come together, share what they’re experiencing, ask questions, learn from one another, laugh a little, and feel less alone in this sometimes confusing chapter of life.
We’ll have some guided topics and conversation starters each month, but the group itself will be very open and participant-driven.
Come once, come occasionally, or join us for all six — there’s no commitment to attend the entire series.
$20 per group
or $100 for all 6 sessions a $20 savings
We’re really excited about creating a space where women can talk about the things that don’t always get talked about — body changes, sleep, mood, stress, sexuality, relationships, identity, confidence, self-care, and what it means to step into this next chapter of life.
Sign-up isn’t required, but space is limited — letting us know you’re coming helps us plan. RSVP for a session using the form below.
